RETURNS:
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase then you have the right to return the item for a credit or exchange up to 14 days after the day you receive the item. All returns must be authorised by ourselves before they can be sent back. Please phone or email BA3 so you can be issued a returns number. Clothing must be clean and unwashed with all tags attached - no pet hair, no human hair, no smells, no make up or deodorant marks etc. Shoes must not be worn and must include the original undamaged packaging, BA3 recommend trying on footwear on a carpet with clean socks on. Shoeboxes must not have tape or any other shipping labels on them. BA3 is not responsible for actual deck colour and/or dimensions. All deck returns are dealt with by the manufacturer and are subject to their discretion. If grip tape has been applied or a deck has been assembled, it or its parts cannot be returned or exchanged. If you fail to comply with the returns procedure then we have the right to refuse any credit, exchange or (on faulty goods) a refund.
We cannot accept any responsibility for any returned goods whilst they are in the postal system. We therefore recommend that you organise postage that requires a signature and insures your returned goods for their retail value. Please ensure all items are securely packed in appropriate packaging. Any costs incurred in returning the item(s) are the responsibility of the customer.
Decks (once grip tape is applied) and complete skateboards (once assembled) cannot be returned.
Faulty items will be sent back to the manufacturer to be deemed defective. Once we are satisfied that the goods are faulty we will offer a FREE repair, replacement, exchange or a full refund including postage on faulty items only. Due to the nature of skateboarding, breaking or cracking a board is quite a normal occurrence. Unfortunately broken or cracked boards cannot be accepted as faulty.
